段仁军,香港中文大学教授,我国知名青年数学家,长期从事非线性偏微分方程的研究,特别在玻尔兹曼方程和耗散性偏微分方程领域作出了重要意义的工作。研究成果发表在国际著名杂志:CPAM,Adv Math, ARMA, CMP, SIAM Math Anal上。目前担任SCI期刊Discrete Cont Dyn-B和Nonlinear Analysis: RWA编委。

内容摘要:

This talk concerns the thermostated Boltzmann equation with deformation, and the collision kernel includes both the Maxwell molecule  and general hard potentials with angular cutoff. We construct smooth steady solutions via a perturbation approach when the deformation strength is sufficiently small. The steady solution is a spatially homogeneous non Maxwellian state and may have the polynomial tail at large velocities. Finally, the long time asymptotics toward steady states are given.
